b) Commitment to meet the requirements of the quality management system and to continuously improve its effectiveness;  

c) It is the framework and foundation for the company to establish quality objectives, and it is also the evaluation reference for the effectiveness of management review;  

d) It must be conveyed and communicated at multiple levels of the company, so that all employees understand and implement;  

e) In order to adapt to the constantly changing internal and external environment, review and revision should be carried out in a timely manner.
